Pacific Employee Assistance helps company managers develop written policies and procedures for the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Phone consultation is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Management may call us anytime and discuss ways to handle problem situations in the workplace. If there is a need, the company may request on-site consultation. Pacific Employee Assistance will send one of its licensed professionals to work with management.
