About Good Samaritan
Good Samaritan, founded in 1952 as Good Samaritan Community Healthcare, is a comprehensive private, not-for-profit healthcare delivery system serving the growing populations of eastern Pierce and southern King county in the greater Puget Sound region of Washington.
Good Samaritan is supported by the Good Samaritan Foundation, which raises funds for patient care, research and capital projects.

About Good Samaritan Hospital
Good Samaritan Hospital, located in central
Puyallup, is an independent not-for-profit, 225-bed, acute-care facility
conditionally accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare
Organizations. The hospital’s medical staff includes 300 of the region’s
most respected physicians and specialists who provide a full range of medical
care ranging from emergency medicine to highly technical surgical services.
The hospital is recognized for a variety of services, including a level 2 trauma center, a cancer care program fully approved by the Commission on Cancer of the American College of Surgeons, a nationally recognized rehabilitation center, a children’s therapy unit for children with neuromuscular disabilities, a new state-of-the- art Family Birth Center, an orthopedics program rated in the top 5 percent of the nation, and many others.

Rainier Oncology
Rainier Oncology is an outpatient oncology center located
on the Good Samaritan campus devoted to the care of cancer patients through
physician consultation, chemotherapy, specialized nursing and support
services. Board-certified oncologists provide access to current and investigational
cancer treatments and therapies. Part of the Good Samaritan Cancer Care
Program, fully approved by the Commission on Cancer of the American College
of Surgeons.
About Good Samaritan Surgery Center
This newly renovated outpatient surgery
center is located on the Good Samaritan campus. Board-certified surgeons
use arthroscopic, laproscopic, endoscopic and general open techniques to
perform a range of outpatient procedures, including orthopedic, gynecological
and general surgeries. Fully accredited by the Joint Commission
on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.
About Good Samaritan Home Health and Hospice
Good Samaritan Home Health and Hospice
is the state’s first hospital-based home care agency now celebrating 30
years of service. The agency provides a range of individualized services
to homebound patients and hospice care to terminally ill patients. Conditionally
accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.
About Good Samaritan medical clinics
Our neighborhood-based clinics feature physicians board-certified in
family practice, family practice with dual certification in obstetrics,
internal medicine, and obstetrics and gynecology. These include Good
Samaritan Family Medicine at Eatonville, Good Samaritan Family Medicine
at Puyallup, Good Samaritan Family Medicine at South Hill, Good Samaritan
Family Medicine at Sumner, Good Samaritan Women’s Center and Puyallup
Pulmonary Clinic.
About Good Samaritan Community Services
Good Samaritan Community Services is the largest
comprehensive collection of social service programs for pre-infancy
through end of life in Washington. The organization is dedicated to
supporting community members who turn to us for help through mental
health, social support and outreach services. Programs
include Puyallup Valley Institute, Crisis Services, Asian Counseling
Services, Older adult services and others.

to raising friends and funds to benefit Good Samaritan. Each year, the
